IE wont load. Internet Options is missing from Control Panel

Go to Start > Run, and type:
cmd
At the command prompt, type:
expand D:\i386\inetcpl.cp_ C:\Windows\system32\inetcpl.cpl
(adjusting drive letters to suit your system).

 

To-Re-install IE6 in Windows 2003

Go to C:\Windows\Inf

RightClick on IE.inf and Install. Make sure you have access to all CD and Service Packs been installed on the Server.
